Mark Slater is Mark Andrew Slater, a British-born composer, conductor, writer, and software creator based in Tokyo, Japan. His work includes music for feature and documentary film, planetarium fulldome cinema, animation, commercials, and immersive media.

His screen and dome credits include *400 Years of the Telescope*, *Natural Selection*, *Dinosaurs at Dusk*, *Flatland*, and other film and fulldome projects. His music has been recorded at Abbey Road with players including the London Symphony Orchestra. Commercial work includes the Philips Aurea "Seduction by Light" campaign for Tribal DDB, which received Webby Awards recognition and was shortlisted at Cannes Lions.
